Introduction to Mazhang No.1 Middle School?

Mazhang No.1 Middle School was founded in 1999 and has a history of seven years. Although some achievements have been made in the development of these seven years, it is really inconsistent with the status of key middle schools in this district. Since the first students took part in the college entrance examination, the number of students admitted to key universities every year is small, only one at a time, and about 20 at a time, with an average of 5 to 10 every year. Compared with other key middle schools in counties and districts, these achievements are far behind, even No.1 Middle School in Potou District is far behind. Even those students who have been admitted to key universities are on the verge, and there are only two or three students with a total score of more than 700. Why is this happening? I think there are several aspects, that is, the lack of first-class students, first-class teachers, first-class system and lack of funds. For example, if Zhanjiang No.4 Middle School and Hongkong No.1 Middle School can't recruit good students in xiashan district, they will reach out to Mazhang District and other places. At the same time, schools in Chikan District have not given up students in Mazhang District. There are three towns in Mazhang District, namely Mazhang, Huguang and Taiping. Among the 80 to 200 students in the whole district, some candidates in Mazhang Town choose schools such as Zhanjiang No.7 Middle School, No.5 Middle School and Cunjin College in Chikan District or key middle schools in Suixi County, while those who choose District No.1 Middle School are often rural candidates in Mazhang Town. In Huguang Town and Taiping Town, some candidates choose xiashan district No.4 Middle School, while Hongkong No.1 Middle School is the majority. Imagine how many cakes can District No.1 Middle School get among the top 200 candidates in the district? According to the situation in 2005, I think it is very good that District No.1 Middle School can get a quarter of this cake.

Then, it analyzes the competition between the top 200 candidates and the top 500 candidates in Mazhang District. Many candidates for this position still go to schools outside Mazhang District. Even students who stay in Mazhang District for high school may not be swept out of the house by District No.1 Middle School. For example, in 2005, Mazhang District No.1 Middle School enrolled 16 classes and Huguang Middle School enrolled 8 classes, so Mazhang District No.1 Middle School also met Huguang Middle School. There are two reasons why District No.1 Middle School can't recruit good students in the main battlefield. The first is the government's decision-making mistakes, and the second is the decision-making mistakes of the leaders in District No.1 Middle School. At that time, in order to run District No.1 Middle School well, the district government concentrated all the best teachers in District No.1 Middle School. For example, some better teachers were transferred from Mazhang Middle School, Huguang Middle School, Taiping Middle School and some junior middle schools. Huang Liangmiao, president of Mazhang No.1 Middle School, Liang, vice president, and Cao, director of the Department of Physical Education and Health, all came out of the original Mazhang Middle School. Good teachers from other middle schools in Mazhang District have been attracted to District No.1 Middle School, so if these middle schools lose good teachers, the quality of teaching will naturally deteriorate, and the quality of students in Mazhang District will also deteriorate, so the ultimate victim is District No.1 Middle School. I heard that District No.1 Middle School was afraid of good students from junior high school going out to study, and deliberately ignored the teaching of junior high school, so that these students were admitted to District No.1 Middle School and senior high school. Although this year's senior high school entrance examination has not yet started, Mazhang Middle School (the former junior high school in Area 1) is really hard to pass according to the results of this mock exam. After all, the third day of this year is enrollment in the whole region, while Taiping Middle School only enrolls students in Taiping Town.

Faced with the difficulties in the main battlefield of enrollment, District No.1 Middle School also began to pay attention to the secondary battlefields, mainly East Island and Leizhou, but the focus was still on East Island. Due to the continuous development problems of Tojima Chueh-min Middle School in recent years and the dispute among interest groups within the leadership of Chueh-min Middle School, some candidates in Tojima gave up Chueh-min Middle School and chose Mazhang No.1 Middle School. Huguang Middle School has never given up fighting for students from East Island. It is said that many high school students in Huguang Middle School are from East Island. As for students in Leizhou, my personal analysis shows that District No.1 Middle School is becoming more and more unfavorable during the competition. For example, this year, Leizhou No.1 Middle School recruited 40 classes in Leizhou High School, and Zhanjiang Experimental Middle School also recruited about 20 classes. Although it is for the whole city, the main source of students is Leizhou, so it is increasingly difficult to win good students from Leizhou in District One. Because of this, District No.1 Middle School will increase its investment in the East Island sub-battlefield. For example, last year, District No.1 Middle School hung banners in a small place like Anzhen, an island in the East China Sea, and started an advertising war.

From the above analysis, it can be seen that the enrollment of District No.1 Middle School will face great challenges, and Dongdao students can be said to be the way out for Mazhang District No.1 Middle School. Whether we can win good students from Dongdao largely determines the quality of Chueh-min Middle School. However, I personally think that the headmaster of Chueh-min Middle School will be replaced in the near future. With my intuition about politics, I believe it's not wrong. If Chueh-min Middle School can develop, Lieutenant General Mazhang 1 will face new challenges.

The source of students is very important for a student's development, but other factors are equally important. Although the number of teachers in Mazhang No.1 Middle School ranks first among middle schools in the whole region, there is still a big gap compared with other regions. I also made a survey of some students in No.1 Middle School. Their satisfaction with their teachers is very low. In addition, the level of economic development in Mazhang District is relatively low, and it is difficult to attract good teachers from other places.

In addition, there are still many problems in the management system of District No.1 Middle School, which are caused by several reasons, such as the level of leaders, interest groups, and of course some very sensitive issues. Personal feelings attract good students, not only the brand of the school, good teachers, but also small details will affect whether students choose this school. District No.1 Middle School has been running a school for so many years, and the canteen problem has not been fundamentally solved. Poor food is still a hot spot for students' dissatisfaction. I have eaten in District No.1 Middle School, including this year, and I feel that the food in District No.1 Middle School is really not delicious. I am pessimistic about solving this problem, but it does affect the enrollment of the school. Here, I hope that District No.1 Middle School can listen to my suggestions, otherwise it will be more difficult to solve problems when they arise.

The conservative and utilitarian mentality of the leaders in District No.1 Middle School also affects the development of Mazhang District No.1 Middle School. For this problem, I hope that District No.1 Middle School will have a new understanding, calmly think about the existing problems, reduce the friction between interest groups and establish a new system. I think this is the way out.
