What is a first-class property?

Refers to the qualification of property management enterprises to manage property, and enterprises without qualification cannot engage in property management. China's property management qualification is divided into four levels: level one, level two, level three and tentative qualification. The first level qualification is approved by the Ministry of Construction, and the second and third levels are approved by the Provincial Construction Department.
