In recent months, the average price of hardcover high-rise buildings in China Railway Construction Vanke Emerald International Project 1.39 million yuan /m2, and the average price of Philip Qujiang in Sunshine City 1.34 million yuan /m2. Even the average price of China Resources Land Qujiang Jiuli and Zhonghai Qujiang Dacheng is below 1.7 million yuan/square meter. Obviously, the housing price in Qujiang is lower than that in Gaoxin.
As for Chang 'an District, the house price map in August shows that its average price is 17724 yuan /m2, which ranks first with Qujiang. This number is amazing.
At present, the most expensive building in Chang 'an District is Jinmaofu, with an average price of about 210.9 million yuan /m2, which is mainly determined by its product characteristics. For other properties for sale, the average price of Lianghaide County is 1.23 million yuan/square meter, Vanke Ruyuan1.40 million yuan/square meter, and the hardcover small high-rise building of Zhonghai Chang 'an House is 1.86 million yuan/square meter. ......
In fact, the overall average house price in Chang 'an District is about 1.4 million yuan/㎡, which is relatively objective. It is said that its price is the same as that of Gao Xin, because the transaction volume of Jinmaofu in that month is not small, and it enters the price statistics, so the house price in Chang 'an in August is somewhat high. But this is accidental and does not represent long-term or overall.
Question 2: The prices of Gaoke Foothill Bay and Gaoke Green Water East City are similar. Who is more worthy of starting?
These two projects are both developed by Hi-Tech Real Estate, and their locations are good. Hi-Tech Foothills Bay is backed by Yanming Lake, and Hi-Tech Greentown Water East is located in Xinsi Business District, with a superior geographical position. But as far as livable environment is concerned, the ecological environment of Gaoke Luwan International Community is better, with Yanming Lake on the left and Chan River on the west.
Judging from the surrounding facilities, both projects have their own enterprises and schools. The high-tech green Lidong Watertown project is a mature commercial street and primary school under construction. The planning of high-tech Luwan international community is good, but the occupancy rate of the bottom business is not high at present.
Generally speaking, these two projects are cost-effective, hi-tech Luwan has a good ecological environment, and hi-tech green Lidong Watertown has a good living atmosphere at present.
Question 3: Which one is recommended for the unlimited purchase area, and then recommend some real estates?
