Member of the Board of Directors of Jinda Holdings

Mr. Ren Weiming, Chairman and Executive Director of the Board of Directors of the Company. As the decision maker of the company's business development plan, Mr. Ren is responsible for all management matters of the company. Mr. Ren joined the silk industry in 1979, and served as the chairman and general manager of Zhejiang Jinda Silk Group Company from 1993 to 1999. Since 2000, he has been the chairman and general manager of Jinda Venture. Through sea salt, Mr. Ren began to produce flax yarn in 200 1 year1February. He joined the company in March 2003 after the establishment of Zhejiang Jinyuan, the first operating member company of the company. He has won many honorary awards, and is a representative of the Ninth and Tenth People's Congress of Zhejiang Province, an outstanding young factory director of the whole country, a national township entrepreneur of the Ministry of Agriculture, an outstanding entrepreneur of Zhejiang Province and an outstanding enterprise operator of Zhejiang Province. Mr. Ren is currently a representative of the Tenth People's Congress of Zhejiang Province, vice president of China Hemp Textile Industry Association and vice president of Hong Kong Textile Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Shen Yueming is an executive director and a director and general manager of Zhejiang Jinyuan and Jiangsu Jinyuan. Mr. Shen is responsible for the daily management of the company and participates in the decision-making of the company. Before joining the Company in March 2003, he was appointed as the director of Haiyan Wei Zi in 200 1 year1February. Mr. Shen worked in Haiyan No.2 Silk Weaving Factory from 1978 to 1992. Later, he joined Jinda Venture and served as the director of Jinda Venture since April 2000.

Mr. Zhang Hongwen, Executive Director. Mr. Zhang is the head of Zhejiang Jinyuan Finance Department and the director and head of Jiangsu Jinyuan Finance Department. Before joining our company in 2003, Mr. Zhang worked in Haiyan No.2 Silk Weaving Factory and Zhejiang Jinda Silk Group Company from 1990 to 1999, and from 2000 to 2002, he served as assistant general manager and head of fund settlement department of Jinda Venture.

Non-executive directors: Mr. and Mr. Xie.

Independent non-executive directors: Mr. Yang Donghui, Mr. Luo Guangxin and Mr. Liu Yingjie.

Mr. Luo Guangxin has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Company since 17 May 2010. The Board of Directors announced that Mr. Yu Chongwen had retired as an independent non-executive director of the Company by rotation at the end of the annual general meeting.
