Jinan Fucheng is a place where water flows. The water-based nature of water saving is a potential underground flow. When it meets a gap in the ground, it spews out immediately. People cut off a branch, sharpen it and insert it into the ground. Just insert it three or four inches and pull it up, and the spring will gush out. This spring water is sparkling and crystal clear, because the ground is sandy, so the spring water is not muddy by the soil. But the local springs are not all as beautiful as pearls.

Pearl spring is a brick pool in front of the governor's yamen, with an acre of land and stone fences around it. Looking at the spring water at the edge of the stone fence, I saw the spring water spewing out of the sand, sometimes closing and sometimes spreading, sometimes interrupting and connecting, and sometimes slowing down. The sun shines on the spring, and the big water drops are like big round pearls, and the small water drops are like small pearls. They all rise from the bottom to the surface, green and bright, one after another.
