After passing the six courses in the CPA exam, you must pass the comprehensive professional ability test before you can be considered as an ordinary pass.

According to the Management Guide of National Unified Examination for Certified Public Accountants, those who take the national unified examination for certified public accountants and pass the comprehensive test of professional ability in the comprehensive stage within five years after obtaining the professional stage certificate of the national unified examination for certified public accountants shall be awarded the general qualification certificate by the examination committee of the Ministry of Finance. Applicants who have passed the comprehensive vocational ability test in the comprehensive stage shall apply for renewal of the comprehensive qualification certificate to the local examination office where they participated in the comprehensive vocational ability test in the comprehensive stage.
