The basic law of fate

So if you did a lot of bad things in your last life and deserved the consequences of blood disease, nothing can stop it from happening. Even if you get the favor of super powers and block the bad news in this life for you, you must pay it back in the next life. Of course, if someone or other forces are willing to carry this fruit for you, it involves your blessing, another cause and effect. Although the algorithm is complex, it still follows the law of cause and effect, and eventually the fruit you planted will bear fruit.
