No.2 Longchi Natural Village, Xiaoqiao Town Village, Jian 'ou City, Fujian Province, which was called Longchi Academy in ancient times, has 80 portraits of Zheng, an ancient Longchi village official drawn in Qing Dynasty. According to the descendants of Zheng in Longchi village, there are many portraits of officials there, at least 100 people, which were partially destroyed due to historical reasons. According to the historical records of the Zheng family tree, the Zheng people in this village were first officials in the Tang Dynasty, and last in the Qing Dynasty, with Zheng Jue as the highest official position. Zheng Biao was an important court official who assisted Song Gaozong in the Southern Song Dynasty. He played a vital role in maintaining and consolidating Song Gaozong's throne and made great contributions in the history of China's feudal dynasty. According to legend, "Longchi Meng Yang Academy" is a school where ancient Longchi people studied. There is also a handwritten imperial edict handed down from generation to generation in Zheng's genealogy: "The descendants of Guan Lin's Zong Zhongmu", which is said to have been given by the ancient emperor. Whether there is a real connection between the royal family and the academy in history remains to be further verified. It is an absolute fact that there were many officials in a small mountain village in ancient times. A small village in Shanxiang, with so many officials in ancient times, is really rare and can be called the first village in northern Fujian. At present, the academy is protected by people in Longchi village for future generations to pay tribute to.
