Ask Yiyang Dialect in Hunan Province

The answer upstairs is not entirely correct. "Igarotti" means "What's the matter", with an accent in the south of Heshan District and Taojiang, and the local dialect is "Oh Garotti". There are some differences, but the difference is not obvious.
