Evolution of organizational system in Puxian County

According to legend, during the period, Yao's teacher Pu lived in seclusion here, hence the name, which was called "Puyang" and "Puzi".

In the twenty-first year of Taihe in the Northern Wei Dynasty (497), Shicheng County was established (the county governs Heilongguan Village today). Shicheng County was set up at the beginning of the Northern Zhou Dynasty, just like the first year (579) in the waste Puzi County.

In 38 years of the Republic of China, it was placed in Xixian County, the southwest administrative region of Shanxi Province.
