Laozi said: be empty and be quiet. It is best to observe the recovery in this empty state. In normal work and life, you can watch the restoration in this state, and you can also gain a lot. To clarify a misunderstanding here: in fact, the realm of emptiness and tranquility is not only found in meditation, but also not necessarily reached in meditation, and there is not necessarily no realm of emptiness and tranquility in daily life.

Laozi said: Everything works together, and I will turn back. Everything must be traced back to the source. After all, it means to be quiet and call me back. My life is normal. The purpose of watching is to watch the ultimate truth. Constant is the most common constant. Don't underestimate such a constant. Although everyone knows it, not everyone can clearly know what is unchangeable, what is the deep meaning behind it and where its road is.

So Lao Tzu said: Look at the body, look at the home, look at the country, look at the country, look at the world. It is the periodicity in time and the horizontal analogy effect above. These are the achievements that can be achieved in daily life, reading and studying, and thinking about life, so that life can be expected.

We know that the purpose of Guanfu is to know the truth.

Why do you want to know the truth?

Laozi said: He who knows always knows. I often don't know that I am a murderer.

Knowing the truth, you don't have to look at fortune telling, astrology and geomantic omen, let alone change and create your life, right? Life comes from a play, and we all rely on our own efforts.

The first chapter of Tao Te Ching: Therefore, there is often no desire to see its wonders; There is always a desire to watch. Both of them have different names. They are both called Xuan. Mysterious and mysterious, the gate of Wan Qi.

Observing the subtle side and deepest things in the world and repeating metaphysical views for a long time will have subtle appearances.

If you learn these two methods, everything will be fine, yes. It is to observe and observe the past at all times, at least to achieve the ability to avoid misfortune. Together, these two views are Taoist metaphysics, that is, observing metaphysics, observing changes, gaining new experience, achieving good practical results, and then entering a new realm. The so-called three views have undergone qualitative changes.

Finally, let's take a look at the Taoist temple where ancient Taoists lived. Why was it named Taoist temple? The Taoism here is also impressive.

Tao is considerable, not to mention frequent. At this point, the title can be reached: look at its complexity to know its universality. This is the most important method in Tao Te Ching: observation.
