3. The color of the goalkeeper's clothing must be different from that of other players and referees' substitute goalkeepers or any other players, and the following provisions shall be observed:

B. Substitutes can only enter the playing field after they leave the field and get permission from the referee.

C. when the game is a dead ball, the substitute should enter from the center line.

D. the replaced players are not allowed to participate in the competition again.

4. When the substitute enters the competition field, he becomes a player on the field, and the player who is replaced is no longer a player on the field, so the substitute is over.

Fines:

A. For those who violate Article (4) of this chapter, the game shall not be suspended, and all relevant players shall be warned immediately when the game becomes a dead ball.

B. If the substitute player enters the game without the permission of the referee, he should stop the game and give a warning to the substitute player to leave or be punished according to the situation, and then the referee will throw the ball at the place where the game was suspended to resume the game. Unless the ball was in the goal area at that time, in this case, the ball should fall on the goal area line parallel to the goal line where the ball was closest when the game stopped.

Chapter V Referee

The judgment made by the referee according to the actual situation of the game, such as the results of the game, is final. He should:

Chapter VI Border Patrol

Two linesmen shall be appointed for each game, and their duty (determined by the referee) is to signal:

1. When the ball is out of bounds, it becomes a dead ball;

2. Which team should kick a corner kick, goal kick or throw a foul ball;

3. When substitutes are needed. They should also assist the referee to control the game according to the rules. If the linesman misbehaves or improperly interferes with the game, the referee should transfer him from his post and appoint someone else to replace him (the referee should report the situation to the organizer). The flag used by the linesman is provided by the club to which the venue belongs.

Chapter VII Competition Time

The game time should be divided into two equal halves, each of which is 45 minutes. Unless otherwise agreed by both parties under special circumstances, the following provisions shall apply:

A. The time lost due to substitution, dealing with the wounded, delay in time, etc. in each half shall be recovered, and the amount of this time shall be decided by the referee.

B. At the end of each half or after the whole game, if a penalty is awarded, the time shall be extended until the penalty is finished. Unless the referee agrees, the rest time between the first half and the second half shall not exceed 5 minutes.

Chapter 8 the beginning of the game

A. Before the start of the competition, the kick-off or venue should be selected by bidding, and the party who picks first has the right to choose the kick-off or venue. The following conditions are dead balls:

Chapter 10 Winning Methods

Unless otherwise stipulated in the rules, if the whole ball crosses the goal line from between the goalposts and under the crossbeam instead of being thrown or brought in by the attacker's hand and deliberately pushed into the goal with his hand or arm (except that the goalkeeper is in his own restricted area), the attacker wins a goal.

In a game, the team that scores more goals is the winning team. If neither side wins or wins equally, the game should be called a "draw".

Chapter 11 Offside

1. Any attacker who is closer to the opponent's goal line than the ball is offside. Except in the following cases:

A. the player is in his own half.

B at least two players of the opposing team are closer to the goal line of the opposing team than that player.

2. When a player plays or touches the ball and the player is offside, the referee thinks that the player has the following behaviors and should be sentenced to offside:

3. A player should not be sentenced to offside under the following circumstances:

A. the player is just offside;

B. Players can directly catch goal kick, corner kick or throw the ball out of bounds.

If a player is judged offside, the referee should judge the opposing player to kick an indirect free kick in the offside position. If the player is offside in the opponent's goal area, then this free kick can be executed anywhere in his offside goal area.

Chapter XII Fouls and Misconduct

A player intentionally violates any of the following nine items, namely:

A. kicking or trying to kick an opposing team member.

B. Tripping the opposing team member, that is, tripping behind or in front of the opposing team or attempting to trip the opposing team.

C. jump to the other team.

D. violent or dangerous collision with the opposing team members.

E. Hit other players from behind unless the other team blocks.

H. push the opposing team.

1. Touch the ball with your hands, such as dribbling or pushing the ball with your hands or arms (except the goalkeeper in the restricted area).

In all the above cases, the opponent should be sentenced to kick a direct free kick at the foul place. If the foul place is in the opponent's goal area, the free kick can be executed anywhere in the goal area. If the defender intentionally violates any of the above nine items in his own restricted area, he should be awarded a penalty. A player commits any of the following five fouls, namely:

In all the above cases, according to the specific situation in Chapter 13, it is judged that the opponent kicks an indirect free kick at the foul place.

Players should be warned and shown a yellow card under the following circumstances:

F. After the start of the game, the player enters or re-enters the game or leaves during the game (except in unexpected circumstances), in either case, the permission of the referee is not required.

G. If the referee suspends the game to execute the warning, the opponent will kick an indirect free kick where the ball is located to resume the game according to the specific situation in Chapter 13.

H. If the fouler has other more serious fouls, he shall be punished in accordance with the relevant provisions of the rules.

6. If the referee thinks that a player has the following conditions, he should be ordered to play and show a red card:

Chapter 13 Free kick

There are two kinds of free kicks: direct free kicks (which can be scored directly into the goal of the offending team) and indirect free kicks (players who play football are not allowed to score directly unless the ball has been kicked or touched by other players before entering the goal).

When a player kicks a direct or indirect free kick in his own restricted area, all opposing players should stand outside the restricted area at least 9 meters away from the ball before the ball is kicked out of the restricted area; 15m. When the ball rolls to the circumferential distance of the ball and leaves the penalty area, the game starts again. The goalkeeper is not allowed to put the ball in his hand before kicking it out of the game. If the ball doesn't kick out of the penalty area directly, it should be kicked again.

Chapter 14 Penalty kicks

Penalty kick should be kicked from the penalty spot, and the penalty player must be clearly defined. When playing football, all players, except the referee and the opposing goalkeeper, should be outside the penalty area and in the playing field, and at least 9.15m away from the penalty point. Before the ball is kicked out, the opposing goalkeeper must stand on the goal line between the two goalposts (his feet are not allowed to move). Chapter 15 Throwing a foul ball

When the whole ball crosses the sideline on the ground or in the air, it should be thrown in any direction in the court by the opponent who touched the ball last before out of bounds. When pitching, the thrower must face the court, and part of his feet should stand on the sideline or outside the sideline, and not all of them should leave the ground. They should throw the ball into the stadium from beginning to end with both hands. As soon as the ball entered the court, the game resumed. The thrower must not touch the ball again until it is kicked or touched by another player. Throw the foul ball directly into the goal to score.

Fines:

A. If the ball is not thrown into the stadium according to the prescribed method, the opposing team member should throw the foul ball in place.

B. If the thrower touches the ball again after throwing it into the field, but before it is kicked or touched by other players, the opposing player should kick an indirect free kick at the place where the foul occurred. If a player fouls in the opponent's goal area or in his own goal area, he should kick an indirect free kick according to the specific situation in Chapter 13.

Chapter 16 Shooting

When the whole ball crosses the goal line from the outside of the goal, whether in the air or on the ground, the last player who kicks or touches the ball is the offensive player, and the defensive player will directly kick out of the penalty area anywhere in the goal area and resume the game. The goalkeeper can't put the ball in his hand before kicking it out of the game. If the ball doesn't kick out of the penalty area directly, that is, it doesn't enter the game, it should be kicked again. Players who play gateball are not allowed to touch the ball again until it is kicked or touched by other players. Direct scoring is not allowed when kicking gateball. Chapter 17 Corner kick

When the whole ball crosses the goal line from the outside of the goal in the air or on the ground, and the defender finally kicks or touches the ball, the attacker will let go of the whole ball. Kick a corner kick in the corner area near the ball out of bounds. When kicking a corner kick, you must not move the corner flagpole. A corner kick can win a goal directly.
