What if the housekeeper prompts "Failed to connect to the server" after logging in?

It may be that the server-side server configuration is incorrect.

Solution: Run the Brilliant Edition server manually on the server side, select "Set Database Connection" and check the user name, password and server name; If the above methods can't be solved, please check whether the SQL Sever server of the server is running and start the MSSQLsever service.
