Can Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region catch the white pearl bird?

Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region can't catch white pearl birds. According to the relevant public information, the white pearl bird is a national second-class protected animal with a body length of about 10 cm. All feathers are blue-blue-gray, and there are obvious differences between male and female birds, which are easy to identify.
