According to the records of Wei County Records and People's Social Records, "Li Yuyuan moved in from Yunnan at the end of Yuan Dynasty". According to legend, this village is often hit by floods because it lies between the Bailang River and the Yu He River. In order to avoid floods, residents build dikes to protect their houses, which is called embankment consolidation. The northern coast of Wei county has always been a salt-producing base. In the Yuan Dynasty, the village once set up a salt station, which was called Guti Station at this time. In the future, due to the expansion of the village, businessmen will open more shops on both sides of the street, so it is called Guti Street. 1948 belongs to Guti District, Weibei County. 1953 changed to Guti Town, wei county. 1958 changed to Guti commune. 1984 is Guti Town, Hanting District.

On the mound 300 meters southeast of the town government station, there is a cemetery next to the village, which is called Changmuchang Site locally. Tubu is long from north to south and narrow from east to west, about 5 meters above the surrounding ground. This used to be a cemetery, commonly known as the long graveyard. The site is 300 meters long from north to south and 150 meters long from east to west, covering an area of 45,000 square meters. The old Bailanghe Road runs along the banks of Tukou and enters Biehua Lake. There is no cliff in the site, and the cultural level is unclear. 1982 conducted a general survey to collect pottery objects such as pots, ding, Wei and bean pottery from Longshan, Eastern Zhou and Han Dynasties. In the southeast of Liuhe Village, there is a Guabuding site, which is the Longshan cultural site closest to the coastline discovered so far in Hanting District.
