How many years is the ownership of the house?

Under normal circumstances, the property right of a house is 70 years. It should also be noted that commercial use is 40 years, commercial and residential use is 50 years and commercial housing is 70 years. The term here refers to the land use term in the house property right, and the ownership term of residential land is permanent.

According to the relevant laws of our country, the maximum term of land use right transfer is determined according to the following purposes:

(a) residential land for seventy years;

(two) fifty years of industrial land;

(three) fifty years of land for education, science and technology, culture, health and sports;

(four) forty years of commercial, tourism and entertainment land;

(five) comprehensive or other land for fifty years.
