On March 20th14th15th, China's newly revised Consumer Protection Law was officially implemented. The new consumer law adds three systems: unreasonable return (right of regret), off-site shopping information disclosure and online trading platform provider responsibility. It stipulates that operators sell goods by internet, television, telephone, mail order, etc., and consumers have the right to return the goods within seven days from the date of receipt, without giving reasons.

On August 2, 20 14, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce issued a notice requesting the industrial and commercial departments to inspect the implementation of e-commerce enterprises and urge them to seriously implement the relevant provisions of the new consumer law.
