What instrument is used for water pressure test of water supply pipeline?

You can use water pipe pressure. Some are electric, the compressor is driven by pipeline pressure test pump, and some are manual. It is available in the market. Manual ones are cheaper and electric ones are more expensive. You can find it by simple search.

If the system is large, an automatic compactor can be used; If the system is small, you can use a manual compactor. Other equipment is not suitable because of the slow step-up requirement.

During the test, the pressure pipeline must be backfilled, because both the water pressure test and the strength test are destructive tests, and there is a risk factor.

Operation: Backfill the soil first, leaving the joint part of the interface. After the water pressure test is qualified, backfill the unfilled place.

Note: The water pressure test of pressure pipeline must be filled 500mm above the top of the pipe, including water supply and heating gas.
