When will Poly International Trade Qin Tian Phase II open?

According to China HowNet, Poly International Trade Qin Tian is a residential project jointly developed by Poly Real Estate and International Trade Real Estate. Located in jimei district, Xiamen City, Fujian Province, the core area of Jimei New City, at the intersection of Huanwan Road and Jimei Avenue. The total construction area of the project is about 440,000 square meters, which will be developed in two phases, of which the first phase has been delivered and the second phase will be opened on February 8, 2022. The second phase of Poly International Trade Qin Tian is planned to have 10 high-rise residence, 1 kindergarten and some commercial facilities, with a total of 1.370 apartments. The area of residential units ranges from 79 square meters to 143 square meters, and different units and decoration styles are designed to meet the needs of different buyers.
