Matters needing attention in compound polymyxin B ointment

1. Avoid using this product on large burn surface, granulation tissue or huge wound surface with epidermis falling off. 2. When patients with renal insufficiency or systemic application of other nephrotoxic or ototoxic drugs, attention should be paid to the possibility of toxicity. 3. If the patient has nephrotoxic symptoms such as hematuria, decreased urination times, decreased or increased urine output, or ototoxic symptoms such as tinnitus and hearing loss, this product should be used with caution. This preparation is not suitable for intraocular use.
