What are the grafting methods of flowers?

Commonly used grafting methods are butt joint, belly joint and split joint.

(1) Docking: Multiple selections are made from early spring to the beginning of the growing season, and both rootstocks and scions grow on their own intact plants. Before grafting, transplant them to the position where the branches selected as rootstock and scion can contact each other, cut the rootstock and scion one by one, and tie the cambium of the cut at the back.

(2) Abdominal grafting: it is often used in conjunction with evergreen plants. The lower end of the scion is cut into a wedge shape, and the depth of the rootstock is obliquely cut down at a position 5- 10 cm from the ground, and the diameter of the rootstock is 1/4- 1/5. The scion is inserted to make the cambium on one side of the two closely connected.

(3) Splitting the scion: cut the two sides of the lower end of the scion into similar sections to make it wedge-shaped, cut the rootstock from the middle, insert the scion, and align the cambered side.
