How to treat metaphysics such as Zhouyi, Five Elements, Eight Diagrams, Yin and Yang?

Metaphysics is a huge academic system based on the theory of yin and yang and the theory of five elements, with the premise of philosophical concepts such as the isomorphism between man and nature, which has been formed through the long-term practice and application of countless people. In addition to the philosophical origin, metaphysics may have some mysterious sources (such as the intuitive understanding of the universe by ancient sages), such as the theory of meridians and acupoints in traditional Chinese medicine, which cannot be traced back today. Metaphysics books are often classified as philosophy in bookstores and libraries, and many people also think that metaphysics belongs to the category of applied philosophy. But since metaphysics has its unique research methods and research objects, it should be independent from philosophy.
