I can't go to work due to company reasons. How should I get paid?

If you can't go to work due to company reasons, your salary will be paid as follows:

1. If the laborer stops working within one month, the employer will still pay wages according to the standards agreed in the labor contract. Because there are relevant laws and regulations, if the employer stops work or closes down for reasons other than the employee's own, the employer shall pay the employee's salary according to the normal labor provided during a salary payment period;

2. If the production is stopped for more than one month, and the laborer provides normal labor, the labor remuneration paid to the laborer shall not be lower than the local minimum wage standard;

3. If production is suspended for more than one month and normal labor is not provided, wages can be paid at a level lower than the minimum wage. In other words, since February, employees have not provided labor, and the company has to pay the local minimum living allowance. Every region has relevant regulations.
