Why are Zaozhuang people least like Shandong people?

Dialects are different. The words spoken by Zaozhuang people belong to Huaibei dialect, which is close to Xuzhou dialect. The non-Luji dialect and Jiaodong dialect are different from those spoken by Shandong people, so that they are all in the same cultural belt, with little overall language difference and some subtle differences in different cities.
