Fortune Telling Collection - Ziwei fortune-telling - Yoga teacher Wei Zi

Yoga teacher Wei Zi

I chatted in a group some time ago and talked about my first yoga class. Some people say that was a long time ago. The yoga teacher is either teaching yoga movements or showing various difficult movements. It is also possible that he was doing a personal performance show and completely ignored that he was a novice in the whole process ... Then for various reasons, the original first yoga class became the last yoga class.

I'm recalling my first yoga class. It was an audition class, and I went there for free to see how it felt. If it is good, I will pay to continue my study. Yoga teacher is very temperament, tall and thin, with long hair. The first class is Japanese worship. As we all know, although it feels simple, it requires no less flexibility, strength and balance than other poses.

What's even more unbearable is that although the yoga teacher was teaching in that class, she was always with me, helping me adjust my posture, or letting me keep it, especially the cobra and the sloping board at the beginning. My waist and stomach were sore, and the dog style was even worse. After a class, I feel that there is no place all over my body that doesn't hurt. But it made me feel that the teacher was responsible and kind, so I began to learn yoga.

We often say that everyone is suitable for practicing yoga, but we don't force everyone to like practicing yoga. After all, yoga is a painful process. My biggest feeling is fate, depending on your fate with yoga and your fate with teachers.

So, if time could go back, what would you like your first yoga class to be like?

First of all, I hope someone will tell me what yoga is.

This topic is relatively broad, and many yoga café s have been asking it all their lives. I also hope someone can tell me what yoga is. After practicing yoga for many years, I realized that yoga is an introverted sport and has been pursuing superficial effects from the beginning. Yoga is not to show off skills or performances, but to balance our body inside and outside through posture and breathing, thus alleviating the pain caused by work or living conditions.

Yoga is not only composed of asana and breathing, asana and breathing are just stepping stones on our way to yoga. Through yoga, the muscle tissue of our body is balanced, and the circulatory system works normally, thus giving our soul a clean shelter.

In the process of yoga, the first benefit is the change of the body. After practice, our posture will become more and more upright, and at the same time, we will adjust our metabolic function. Some people will become thinner because of yoga, and we will also adjust our sleep because of yoga to improve the problems caused by postures such as cervical spondylosis and scapulohumeral periarthritis.

But in the final analysis, yoga will not stay on the surface of the body. All kinds of physical problems are obstacles on our way to peace. The practice of asana is to remove obstacles. In the end, we should all realize that yoga brings us more benefits.

After all, yoga is a subject that combines art, religion, medicine and anatomy.

Secondly, I hope my first yoga class is arranged like this.

When I enter the classroom, someone will tell me what to do, not because I don't know anyone, I will feel embarrassed and at a loss. In the process of pranayama, don't force me to close my eyes, because it will make me more nervous. Although pranayama is to recover our senses from the outside to the inside, and let us gradually realize that I and my body are in the present, I need to open my eyes to the teacher and my body.

When singing in OM, I hope I don't have to sing along for the first time, because I can't. I don't know what the lyrics and tones are like. OM singing is a profound knowledge. The first sound from the universe can make people calm, and I can also feel that my own figure and the voices of people around me blend with each other, generating great energy. I don't want to feel extremely embarrassed because I won't make a different voice from the public at the scene.

In the process of asana practice, I may not understand what the teacher said for a while. Many yoga majors learn slowly before they understand the meaning. I hope the teacher can give me assistance and give me a direction to learn slowly when my body allows. I also hope the teacher will understand that I may have difficulty breathing, because this is my first time to try this pose.

In professional yoga class, the practice of asana is a key part of the course for many people, but if the previous pranayama and OM are done well, this class will basically be successful by one third. Asana is composed of various postures such as standing, sitting, kneeling, leaning and leaning back. In order to comprehensively improve the coordination of the body and the connection between body and mind. We must understand that in the process of yoga, we do more than just.

Then there is rest. As I said before, rest is my favorite posture. After all, I can finally lie down and rest after a long torture, but I hope the teacher can gently guide me into the posture. In this posture, I may eventually fall asleep because I am too tired and painful, so I hope the teacher can forgive me instead of laughing at me.

Of course, after class, I hope the teacher can tell me which parts of my body are stiff and which parts are soft according to my performance in this class, instead of forcibly selling various monthly cards, season cards, annual cards, personal education and so on.

I am not a sentimental person, I just need a yoga guide; I didn't take a yoga class to find a service. I just hope yoga can really change me. I don't want to lose weight through yoga. I just want to be a better person.

Of course, I also know that time can't go back. After practicing for so many years, I have become a very unprofessional yoga teacher, but I still hope that if I walk into the classroom for the first time, I still hope that my yoga class will be like this.

What about you? Do you remember your first yoga class? If possible, what would you like your first yoga class to be like?
