Emergency treatment of natural gas leakage

Legal basis: Article 3 of the Regulations on the Management of Safe Use of Natural Gas stipulates that all gas users shall establish a natural gas safety management system and an emergency plan for natural gas leakage, and establish an emergency linkage mechanism with gas companies and local governments.
