Overview of Jinting

Interpretation: 1 Mountain name. Taoism is called a blessed land. In Chaoxian County and Luzhou County (now Chaohu City, Anhui Province), it is also called Wei Zi. It is one of the 72 blessed places of Taoism. See Seven Signs of Yun Qi, Volume 27.

2. The name of the mountain. Taoism is called a blessed land. Located in Shan County, Yuezhou County (now Shengxian County, Zhejiang Province), 300 miles away from Fiona Fang, it is called Jintingchong Miaotian. It is one of the thirty-six small caves in Taoism. See Seven Signs of Yun Qi, Volume 27.

3. Taoist temple name. Taoism is called a blessed land. In Tongji (now Shaoxing) Tongbai Mountain (now Houchang Village, Jinting Town, Shengzhou City), there is a Taoist temple called Jinting Temple.

5. Name of administrative division. One is Jinting Town, Wuzhong District, Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province (formerly Xishan Town), and the other is Jinting Town, Shengzhou City, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province.
