Manufacturing method of cement false tree

1. Position and set out according to drawings, models and site conditions. Determine the location and coverage space of the fake tree.

After the steel wire mesh is installed, use 1: 1 cement mortar to render the base, and the thickness is about1-1.5 cm; After the first plastering, the cement will be adjusted to the trunk color with yellow powder, with a thickness of about 1.5cm. After the two-layer plastering of the exposed part of the artificial tree is completed, the internal mortar of the artificial tree should be plastered in time, with a thickness of about 1cm.

6. Modeling

According to the model and the types of trees made, the fake trees are modeled, and the wood grain and wood grain are shaped. Press the texture of the tree into pieces or strips of mud with a zipper (a tool for jointing in buildings) or a small shovel. Don't let the mud die between pieces, leaving a natural operation seam.

7. color

Mix plain cement (do not use yellow sand) and iron oxide red powder with building glue to thicken it. Plain mortar is: cement+pigment powder or color paste+building glue+a little water. Pigment powder will float, so you can get drunk with white wine before mixing. Strong modeling ability, accurate color adjustment, can be done very realistically.
