Those noble immortals naturally have martial arts handed down from family. According to these students' specialties and personalities, Bodhi gave them different skills. Some of them may have been trained by the Jade Emperor and the Tathagata. I think the Monkey King and Tathagata discussed it. In order to learn the scriptures, the Monkey King was specially sent here (the woodcutter guided him to learn the scriptures from the master), and then he was arranged to accompany the Tang Priest to learn the scriptures, because all the Tang Priests who learned the scriptures were eaten by the Jade Emperor's shutter generals. The Monkey King also wants to make a scene with the Tathagata Bodhi.

It can be said that along the way, Xiao Bailong, Friar Sand and Zhu Wuneng are all obstacles on the way for Tang Priest to learn Buddhist scriptures. Without the Monkey King's protection, it is estimated that Tang Priest was eaten again. Although Pig Bajie didn't explicitly say that he ate the Tang Priest, Friar Sand ate nine and Little White Dragon ate the Tang Priest's horse. It can be seen that the role of the Monkey King, in a joke, may be arranged by the Jade Emperor.

Bodhi saw that Zhu was greedy for money, lustful and lazy, and didn't teach him superb skills, but Zhu Bajie was good at flattery, and got a lucrative job under the Jade Emperor of Heaven and became Marshal Huagai.

The Jade Emperor, Tathagata and Bodhi employ people in front of the stage, and one cultivates talents in the background. Some are entrusted, and some are special tricks, which can avoid disputes and make the employment system look more reasonable. Otherwise, those monsters who are demons in the underworld, although stronger than the heavenly soldiers, can only be demons in the underworld, because they have not been properly applied.
