Tableware cleaning and disinfection scheme

1. Scrape off most food residues and dirt on the surface of tableware.

Second, the disinfection method

Fourth, commonly used disinfectants

(1) bleaching powder: the main component is sodium hypochlorite, and it also contains calcium hydroxide, calcium oxide and calcium chloride. When preparing an aqueous solution, a small amount of water should be added to make it paste, and then water should be added while stirring to form an emulsion, and then it should be allowed to stand for precipitation to obtain a clear solution. Bleaching powder can be used for soaking and disinfecting environment, console, equipment, tableware, tools and hands.

(2) Calcium hypochlorite (bleaching powder essence): completely soluble in water when used. Ordinary tablets should be crushed and added into water to be fully stirred and dissolved. Effervescent tablets can be directly added and dissolved. The scope of use is the same as bleaching powder.

(3) Sodium hypochlorite: When in use, fully mix in water. The scope of use is the same as bleaching powder.

(4) sodium dichloroisocyanurate (Youchlorojing): It is completely soluble in water when used, and ordinary tablets should be

Pulverize, adding into wat, stirring to dissolve, or directly adding effervescent tablet to dissolve. The scope of use is the same as bleaching powder.

(5) Chlorine dioxide: As the prepared aqueous solution is unstable, an activator should be added before use. The scope of use is the same as bleaching powder. Due to strong oxidation, contact with grease should be avoided to prevent its oxidation from accelerating.

(6) Iodophor: 0.3-0.5% iodophor can be used for hand soaking disinfection.

(7) new cleanliness disinfection: 0. 1% new cleanliness disinfection can be used for hand immersion disinfection.

(8) Ethanol: 75% ethanol can be used to wipe and disinfect hands or operating tables, equipment and tools.

Five, disinfection solution preparation method for example

For example, each portion of bleaching powder concentrated solution containing 0.25g of available chlorine is prepared into 1L disinfectant with the concentration of available chlorine of 250mg/L:

(1) Mark the scale line of 1L in advance in the special disinfection container.

(2) Add water to the container to the full scale.

(3) Crushing 1 part bleaching powder concentrated solution and adding it into water.

(4) stirring until the tablets are completely dissolved.

Six, chemical disinfection matters needing attention

(1) Disinfectants used shall be stored at the specified temperature and shelf life.

(two) in strict accordance with the provisions of the concentration of preparation, solid disinfectant should be fully dissolved.

(3) The prepared disinfectant should be replaced regularly, usually every 4 hours.

(4) Measure the concentration of disinfectant regularly when using, and replace it immediately when the concentration is lower than the requirements.

(five) to ensure the disinfection time, general tableware and tools should be disinfected for more than 5 minutes.

(6) Disinfected articles should be completely immersed in disinfectant.

(7) Tableware should be washed before disinfection, so as to avoid oil stains affecting the disinfection effect.
