This is the construction scheme or method.

At the predetermined position, there should be no reinforcement at the position twice the pile diameter. If there is, move it up a little bit until it is not strengthened.

Cut the concrete, and cut the steel bars hanging from the reinforcing cage. Dig some holes around the concrete and pull down the concrete pile by manpower.
