Because the Sanguan Temple was large at that time, the surrounding villagers would go to the temple to pray. Over time, when they go to Wangshi Village in Nanyang, people will say that they are going to Sanguan Temple. It is for this reason that the name of this village was changed from Nanyang Wangshi to Sanguanmiao Village, and it has been used ever since.

Sanguanmiao Village is named after the majestic Sanguanmiao built in the village. The old man in the village said that according to the temple monument of Sanguan Temple, the name of the village was not Sanguan Temple at first, but Wang Shi of Nanyang, and later it was renamed Sanguan Temple for some reason. Old people say that in this area of Wang Shi, besides Wang Shi Temple, the largest is Sanguan Temple. Sanguan Temple is located near a protruding bridge on the north-south street of the village, and there is a poplar garden in front of the temple. Enter the temple from the south and climb nine stone steps. The first is the screen wall. Bypassing the screen wall, there is a courtyard behind it, with three main halls in the north and a bell tower in the southeast of the main hall. The whole building is very magnificent.
