This poem describes the scene when Ren Zhongshu was drafting the imperial edict in Silunge: dusk was boundless, and there was silence all around, only the sound of dripping kettle was heard. I conceived the imperial edict here alone, and only clusters of Wei Zihua in front of the window accompanied me.
