Yunnan Black Drugs: Types and Preparation Methods of Yunnan Black Drugs

There are many kinds of black drugs in Yunnan, the most famous of which are black drugs, Wei Zi ointment and sanwujiao. Raw materials: Croton, Radix Curcumae, Rhizoma Anemarrhenae, Scutellariae Radix, Cinnabaris, Croton, Radix Curcumae, Magnolia Officinalis, Coptidis Rhizoma, Paraquat and Radix Aucklandiae.

Method and effect: Black medicine is made by burning cattle teeth into charcoal, grinding them into powder and blending them with wine. The mixing ratio of bovine tooth powder and wine is 5-40ml per gram of tooth powder, and the alcohol content is 30-70%. Ingredients: 4 taels of sesame oil, candle oil 1 2 halves, yellow wax 1 2 halves, 3 taels of fried lead powder, calomel 5 yuan, frankincense 5 yuan, Ferula 5 yuan, white wax 5 yuan, myrrh 5 yuan, catechu 6 yuan, realgar 5 yuan, keel 5 yuan and pearl 5 yuan.

Methods: First, the sesame oil, candle oil and yellow wax were boiled until dripping water did not disperse. Then, the parched lead powder, calomel, frankincense, Ferula, white wax, myrrh, catechu, realgar, keel and pearl were mixed evenly, and then the musk 5 yuan was added to make a paste.

Efficacy: promoting granulation and astringing mouth Raw materials: Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii, Radix Aconiti, Polygoni Multiflori Radix, Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata (with attached tablets), Rhizoma Typhonii, Olibanum, crystal sugar and fresh trotters.

Method:

Cleaning and soaking Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii, Radix Aconiti and Radix Polygoni Multiflori in the above eight fires, slicing, mixing with soaked Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata and fresh trotters, adding appropriate amount of water, decocting at high temperature and high pressure 1 hour, filtering, adding appropriate amount of water to the residue, and decocting at normal pressure twice, each time 1 hour. Combine the three filtrates, and concentrate under reduced pressure into syrup. Grinding Olibanum and crystal sugar into fine powder, mixing with the above concentrated solution, concentrating into thick paste, drying, mixing, and tabletting.

The above method was used to prepare sanwu glue in Qing dynasty. Nowadays, they are combined with modern GMP pharmaceutical technology and modern pharmaceutical equipment, and the effect is more than 10 times that of the old method.

Efficacy: Indicating sequelae caused by stroke and hemiplegia.

How to use:

The prepare trident glue is a dark brown rectangular block, which is not easy to break; Slight breath, slightly sweet and slightly bitter.

1. Melt the wine with boiling water.

(1) Put the three-way adhesive into a bowl, plate and other containers, and add a proper amount of boiling water, taking care not to overdo it (no more than 100ml).

(2) Add the melted trident gum into a small amount of yellow wine (or white wine) to take.

Note: Yellow rice wine is warm, which helps to play the role of Sanjiu glue. The effect of white wine is slightly worse than that of yellow wine.

Step 2 stew with fresh meat soup

Melt the trident glue in the cooked fresh meat soup for later use.

Note: Fresh meat soup is helpful to improve the curative effect of Sanwujiao and increase the nutrition of patients. Do not eat duck meat, rabbit meat and other cold broth. It is recommended to choose warm meat such as mutton, beef, dog meat and donkey meat, or flat meat such as pork.
