Basic duties of community full-time workers

(a) to implement the party's theory, line, principles and policies, national laws and regulations, educate and guide residents to abide by the law, and consciously fulfill their obligations according to law;

(two) the implementation of the decisions and resolutions of the party organization and the decisions and opinions of the community residents' meeting and the community neighborhood committee meeting, handle the public affairs and public welfare undertakings of the residents in this community, and actively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the residents;

(3) Do a good job in party building, organize residents to carry out autonomous activities in accordance with the law, coordinate and promote regional construction activities of resident units, cultivate social organizations, mobilize social forces to carry out community service activities to facilitate and benefit the people, improve residents' sense of identity, belonging and satisfaction with the community, and strive to build a new type of community with orderly management, civilization and peace;

(four) close contact with the masses, do a good job in the ideological and political work of community residents, and actively reflect the opinions and suggestions of community residents;

(five) to assist the government and relevant departments to do a good job in social security, public health, social security, employment services, relief and other work related to the interests of community residents;

(6) Organizing relevant supervision activities according to laws and regulations, and organizing community residents to make democratic comments on the work of the government or its agencies and their staff, and the participation of units stationed in the district in community construction and grassroots autonomy;
