The project was designed by Tokyo Research Institute of Japan Dalin Group, constructed by Shanghai No.1 Construction Engineering Company and managed by Shanghai United Engineering Consulting Company. I. Overview of the Project

Garden Hotel is a foreign-funded project, located in Jinjiang Club. On the basis of dismantling the original clubhouse swimming pool, the existing Jinjiang clubhouse, the newly-built main building and the group rooms will be integrated to form a comprehensive five-star hotel.

There are 34 floors in the project (basement level, total height 122.56m), and the seventh to thirty-second floors are standard rooms, with 500 sets of * * (including one president's senior room, all of which are public parts below the seventh floor, including Chinese, western and Japanese restaurants, large, medium and small banquet halls, and the fourth floor group rooms are shopping malls, fitness rooms, beauty rooms and steam rooms.

The structural plane of the main building of this project is 68m long and 20m wide. A high-rigidity cast-in-place reinforced concrete shear wall structure system consists of 25 shear walls and beams and plates. The superstructure adopts slip-form construction technology, and the four-story house is a frame structure.

STK-50 steel pipe pile is used in the whole new underground building structure, with a diameter of 609X 1 1, a pile length of 39m, a part of which is 8.4m m. Bagged sand drains are used in the piling process to reduce interstitial water and stabilize the soil. The bearing platform of the main building is 3m thick reinforced concrete slab foundation, and 5200m3 concrete is pumped and poured in two layers. The excavation adopts a combination of a large excavator and a grab bucket, with a depth of 6.20m and a depth of 8.5m in some parts. Larsen steel sheet piles are used to retain the soil, and the well point reduces the groundwater level.

Engineering geological conditions:

The terrain of the newly-built site is relatively flat, and the ground elevation is generally between+2.8 and 3.2 meters. The elevation of the measuring orifice is measured from the municipal bench mark 0-40 1 in front of Changle Road 199, with an elevation of 2.533m.. Within the depth of 120.4m, the foundation soil of the site is divided into 1 1 layers from top to bottom, all of which are Quaternary loose sediments, mainly composed of saturated soft clay and sandy soil alternately. The bearing layer of the pile foundation of the main building of this project is the eighth layer of silty sand. The pile tip enters the silt layer about 2 meters, and the open steel pipe pile φ609X 1 1 is adopted, and the ultimate bearing capacity of a single pile can reach 650 tons/root. The calculated settlement of this high-rise building is 35.7 cm, and the actual settlement is estimated to be controlled at about 25 cm.
