Who is Emperor Xidou?

Xidou Emperor comes from Xidou Jing and from the book Tai Shang Lao Jun says five true classics. The full text is as follows:

On the seventh day of the first month of the second year of Yongshou, the old man went to Shu, saying that he would fight for longevity in the east, and then he went to Shu on the fifteenth day of the next month. At midnight, the scenery shines thousands of miles, the ground is as flat as water, and there are white jade platforms. In the empty silence, the old gentleman lived in seclusion for several times. He said that I have the True Scripture of the Great Sage of Xuanyuan, which is the treasure of Heaven, and the number of people is limitless. Without exception, the division of Kansai Grand Plan records the reputation accepted by the world, and it has no purpose. Therefore, I give you a spiritual chapter again and again. However, this time, the West Fight made a big plan for the emperor, calculated the good and evil of people, and scholars made merits and demerits. Today, I made a speech for you, spread it to the world, and let you achieve the five-day road, the text of heaven, and the spirit of five yuan, soaring in nature and endless degrees. The old man told the teacher that Xuanyuan was invisible and extremely pitiful. Elephants do nothing, and five fights respect the spirit. Only the Western Emperor, the handle of the Lord, issued a powerful command to subdue the devil to God, punish things inside and outside the company, search for hidden and evil spirits, and write down the world. Any good will be recorded, any evil will be recorded, and the name will be different. This is the limit of life and death. If you can't do this, Taixuan still has life. I have seen all the ballads and songs of Tailing House, but Tianbao is unknown. Today, I think you can follow this road. If you sincerely respect it, you will be recited and you will be able to read it in a mysterious way. You will write diligently and you will be heard in heaven. You will be supervised by the Ministry of Heaven, and you will be able to listen to Xuanyuan and Xuanyuan. The old gentleman said, Heaven is always like Heaven, and the west is contending for fame, which is silent and mysterious, while the mighty emperor, the trillions of magic soldiers, the vast sky of gold and silver, who dares to stay and stop, fight and destroy, the demon spirit and the goblin, I have Rong Yuan on my left, Xuan Ying on my right, a swaggering and commanding magic shape, there is life, death and death in the world, and good and evil are fundamental, such as entanglement. Life is really silent, Lang Xing is anxious, such as empty silence, taking Tao as the root, supreme, being a Han emperor, being spiritual in truth, being a metaphysical god, being a magic weapon of ten thousand signs, having a dispute between Sen and Luo, calling Lang Wei's order, always leading the people, and being anxious as a law. The first white label of the West Fight is the true king, the second highest is the true king of the West Fight, the third code of the Emperor Spirit is the true king of the West Fight, and the fourth general is the king of the West Fight. Note: The Taoist classic Xidou Jing is known as the famous body-protecting classic of Dashang Shuo Xidou Jing. The West Fight is the West Fight Star, which refers to seven western nights among the 28 stars: Kui, Lou, Wei, Mao, Bi, Gou (Zi) [Gou (Xi)] and Shen.
