Second, the scope and conditions of recruitment

(A) the scope of recruitment

China nationals who meet the recruitment conditions and requirements.

Personnel who have not been disciplined by Party discipline or government discipline or who are undergoing disciplinary review, and those who are under criminal punishment or who are suspected of violating the law and are under judicial investigation and have not yet reached a conclusion, do not belong to the recruitment scope.

(2) Recruitment conditions

1. Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC);

2. Good conduct;

3. Full-time college degree or above, with the qualifications required for the position to be recruited, under the age of 30 (1 98 1 born after July1day), and the age of graduate students can be relaxed to 35 (1976 July1day);

4. Obtain intermediate and above vocational skill level certificates of relevant majors;

5. Good health.

Third, recruitment methods and procedures

The recruitment of staff in public institutions is organized and implemented in accordance with the procedures of registration, written examination, trial lecture, implementation, physical examination, inspection, publicity and employment approval.

(1) Registration

3. Registration procedures and qualification examination:

(1) This exam only accepts on-site registration, and does not accept telephone registration, online registration or entrusted registration. Applicants can only choose one of the recruitment positions to register. Candidates fill in the Registration Form for Open Recruitment of Teachers in Xiushan Vocational Education Center on 20 1, and provide their graduation (degree) certificate, ID card, household registration book, and the original and copy of the vocational skill level certificate required for the recruitment position1. Those who pass the qualification examination shall submit 3 recent bareheaded photos (in black and white color) with the same background 1 inch, and pay the examination fee 50 yuan as required. The applicant is responsible for the authenticity and validity of the registration information provided.

(2) The ratio between the number of positions to be recruited and the actual number of applicants must reach 1:3 before the examination can be started. If the proportion is not reached, the number of positions to be recruited shall be cancelled or reduced to the specified proportion.

(2) Examination

The examination is divided into public written examination, professional subject examination and interview.

1, written test of public subjects

Examination content: knowledge of pedagogy and psychology, 100, conducted in a closed-book manner.

According to China? "Trial Measures for the Selection and Commendation of Young Talents Forum" (Chongqing Committee Group [2008] No.25) stipulates that "Chongqing, China? The written test scores of outstanding papers in Youth Talent Forum will be increased by 10, the written test scores of outstanding paper nomination winners will be increased by 5 points, and the written test scores of outstanding paper finalists will be increased by 2 points.

Applicants who enjoy extra points must submit "Chongqing, China? Winners of outstanding papers of Young Talents Forum hold award certificates. Do not provide, shall not enjoy extra points.

Total score of public * * * subjects = public * * * subjects+bonus points.

2, professional subject examination

Professional subject examinations are conducted by means of trial lectures.

(1) According to the total score of public * * * subjects from high to low, the lecturer is determined according to the ratio of 1: 3.

(2) The content of the trial lecture is teaching fragments of related majors, with a score of 100.

(3) See the admission ticket for the trial process and rules.

(4) Try to set a qualified score of 60 points.

Step 3 interview

The interview was conducted in a practical way.

(1) According to the sum of the total scores of public * * * subjects and the results of trial lectures, the interview candidates are determined according to the ratio of the number of positions to be recruited 1: 2. If the interview ratio is less than 1:2, candidates must reach 60 points or above in all subjects before entering the interview. If the results of the last interviewer are tied, they will enter the interview in parallel.

(2) The implementation mainly examines the professional skills of candidates, with a full score of 100. On the day of the end of the implementation, the implementation results, total scores and the list of candidates who participated in the physical examination will be announced to the candidates.

(3) the implementation of the set qualified score of 60 points. The implementation method, time and place will be notified separately.

(4) Those who voluntarily give up the interview after confirmation will be disqualified from the interview, and the vacancies will be filled according to the sum of the candidates' total scores in all subjects and the trial results from high to low.

4, the total score calculation method

The total score of the examination = the total score of public * * * subjects ×30%+ the score of trial lecture ×30%+ the score of implementation ×40%.

(3) Physical examination

The candidates for medical examination are determined from high to low according to the number of positions to be recruited and the total test scores. When the total score of the last person entering the medical examination is tied, the execution score is determined from high to low. If the execution scores are still the same, the candidates who enter the medical examination shall be determined in the order of high and low test scores. Physical examination is organized and implemented by Xiushan Autonomous County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. The physical examination standards refer to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servant Employment (Trial) (No.[2005]1issued by the Ministry of Personnel), the Notice of Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servant Employment (Trial) (No.25 issued by the Ministry of National Affairs [2007]), the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servant Employment (Trial) and the Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servant Employment.

Physical examination is carried out in comprehensive medical and health institutions at or above the county level. The medical examination fee shall be borne by the medical examiner. Recruiting units and candidates who have objections to the conclusion of the medical examination may submit a written application for re-examination within 7 days from the date of receiving the notice of the conclusion of the medical examination, and go to the designated hospital for a one-time re-examination after the consent of Xiushan Autonomous County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. The results of physical examination shall be subject to the re-examination conclusion. If the medical examination is unqualified or the position is vacant automatically after confirmation, the candidates who have passed the interview of the position will be replenished according to the total test scores from high to low.

(4) Investigation

Those who pass the physical examination shall be comprehensively investigated by the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Xiushan Autonomous County in conjunction with the competent department of the recruiting unit on their political thoughts, work performance, realistic performance and whether they need to be avoided. If the exam fails, the candidates who have passed the job interview will be replenished according to the total score of the exam from high to low.

(5) Publicity

After the inspection work, the list of personnel to be hired will be determined, and the Xiushan Autonomous County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will make a 7-day publicity on Xiushan Human Resources and Social Security Online. The publicity content includes the applicant, position, name, gender, date of birth, education, major studied, graduation school (or work unit) and other conditions required by each position. No problems were found or reflected after the publicity, but it did not affect the employment of the next procedure.

(6) Employment and treatment

Those who pass the examination, physical examination, inspection and publicity shall go through the employment procedures by Xiushan Autonomous County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau in accordance with the relevant provisions. The employed personnel shall sign the employment contract of public institutions in accordance with the Implementation Measures for the Trial Appointment System of Public Institutions in Chongqing (Y.R.F. [2003] No.37) and the Notice of the former Chongqing Personnel Bureau on Forwarding the Employment Contract of Public Institutions (Y.R.F. [2006] No.68), establish personnel relations, and improve the employment procedures. The relevant treatment shall be in accordance with Chongqing Municipality.

The employed personnel shall be on probation according to the regulations, and the probation period shall be included in the employment contract. Those who pass the probation period and pass the examination will be formally employed; If the probation period or the expiration of the examination is unqualified or it is found that the pre-job medical history is concealed and the physical condition does not meet the post requirements, the employment qualification will be cancelled. All candidates must obtain the teacher qualification certificate of secondary vocational school before 20 14 12 3 1, and those who fail to obtain it will terminate their employment relationship.

Fourth, discipline requirements.

Open recruitment of staff in public institutions is an important channel for open selection of outstanding talents, and relevant policies and regulations should be strictly implemented. In all aspects of recruitment, we must strictly observe personnel discipline, accept the supervision of discipline inspection and supervision organs and all sectors of society, and strictly prohibit favoritism and malpractice to ensure the smooth progress of recruitment.
