The standard is finer than flour. Then mix cloves, cardamom, cinnamon and other spices. Then put 100 ml cold water into a Turkish coffee pot. Then add about 10g of coffee powder. 100 ml water+10 g powder is the golden ratio of a cup of coffee.

After the raw materials are added, they should be heated and stirred continuously. When stirring, it must be gentle and slow to avoid mixing the powder layer on the liquid surface (to avoid slag) and avoid excessive extraction. Just before boiling, a golden foam appeared on the surface. The bubble gradually increased and surged rapidly.
