How to make a resume in PS?

Open ps software and create a new A4 paper background.

Fill the background with color,

Copy a layer, name it layer 1, and fill it with white.

Free transform layer 1,

Enable the ruler to divide the layer 1, copy a layer and name it as the name background.

Fill the name background with the same color as the layer 1, that is, the foreground color, and then freely transform and resize to the position of the first ruler.

Copy the name background layer, name a layer as a line, and then drag and drop it.

The line layer is freely transformed to make lines.

Complete the production of basic resume template.
