What does Guanyin hand test mean?

One of the six Guanyin. Refers to Guanyin bodhisattva with thousands of hands and eyes, and each palm has a glance. A thousand hands and eyes are at ease. Also known as avalokitesvara, avalokitesvara, avalokitesvara, avalokitesvara, avalokitesvara. The Secret Dharma Sutra of the Thousand-Dozen View of Bodhisattva says (Dazheng 20.119c):' Great compassion is free, with thousands of hands, its eyes are complex. As a parent in the world, it can bless all life. "Thousand" means infinity and perfection. In other words,' thousand hands' symbolizes the infinite convenience of this Guanyin compassion and altruism, and' thousand eyes' symbolizes that the wisdom of observing the root of the machine should be materialized and guided without hindrance.

As for the karma of Guanyin Bodhisattva with thousands of hands and eyes, according to the Great Compassion Sutra, thousands of people robbed Wang Jing of living in Tathagata in the past and took care of all sentient beings. Therefore, the general public's great compassion for Dalagni is completely innocent. As soon as Guanyin Bodhisattva heard this mantra, she surpassed the eighth place from the beginning and was delighted with her own experience, so she made a big wish to have thousands of hands and eyes to benefit all sentient beings and to have thousands of hands and eyes on herself.

As for its image, various tracks contain different:

(1) According to the mantra sutra of avalokitesvara bodhisattva with a thousand eyes and a thousand arms and the sutra of avalokitesvara bodhisattva with a thousand hands and a thousand eyes basking in the body of Rani, as a gilt, it has a thousand arms. The "Thousand Hands and Thousand Eyes Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva Dalani Body Sutra" also says: A thousand arms and eighteen seals.

(2) According to the Secret Dharma Sutra of Bodhisattva in Thousand Dojo, he was golden in color, sitting in the upper part of Honglianhua, with eleven faces and forty hands. Eleven faces, now three are bodhisattva faces, this face has three eyes, three on the right are white ugly faces, three on the left are angry faces, the last one is laughing wildly, and the last one is Tathagata face.

(3) According to "Butuo Falling into the Sea", the body is golden, the arms are thousands, and the face is 500.

(4) According to "A Thousand Eyes, a Thousand Feet, a Thousand Tongues and a Thousand Arms View from the Bodhisattva ■ dzogchen's Great Compassion Darani", it is the phase of a thousand eyes, a thousand feet, a thousand tongues and a thousand arms.

(5) According to the "Datura in the Fetal Tibetan World", there are 27,000 arms sitting on the lotus. Of thousands of hands, 40 (or 40 second-hand) each hold a stick, or make a seal, and the rest do not hold a stick.

Among them, the' Eleven Faces' table satisfies ten paramita and proves eleven wonderful senses, which is the same as the Eleven Faces Guanyin. "Five hundred faces" means a thousand arms and a thousand eyes. As for the' Twenty-Seven Faces', it is not mentioned in the classics, and it seems to come from the secret collection. Or' twenty-seven faces' means twenty-five faces at twenty-five degrees, plus this face and our teacher Amitabha. Or in ten paramita, three kinds are opened in the first six degrees, two kinds are opened in the last four degrees, and 26 faces are made, plus this face is made into 27 faces.

Thousand-hand?Bodhisattva?

As for the "thousand arms", according to the Secret Method Sutra of Watching Bodhisattva with Thousand Eyes, "thousand hands" means that each of the forty hands has a 25-degree assistance (forty hands and forty eyes make a thousand hands and a thousand eyes). It can be seen that the so-called "thousand arms" does not need to have a thousand arms, as long as it has forty arms. According to the Great Compassion Sutra, the objects held by 40 hands or their seals are as follows: Ruyi Pearl, Qingsuo, cornucopia, sword, postscript, King Kong, Shi Wuwei, Rimani, Moon Mani, Bao Gong, Bao Jian, Yang Zhi, Bai Fu, Hu Ping, Bian Pai and axe.

In addition, some people add nectar to 40 lots to make 4 1 hand; Or add lotus flowers to the middle seal to make 42 arms. Dalagni's Body Sutra of Avalokitesvara with Thousand Hands and Thousand Eyes says eighteen arms and moire (Dazheng 20. 10 1b);

There are three eyes on the face, thousands of hands on the arm, and one eye on each palm. The first one wore a treasure crown with a Buddha on it. Its owner has eighteen arms. First of all, he carefully crossed his hands with his second hand, with one hand holding the Vajrayana, one hand holding Brahma, one hand sealing the orb, one hand holding Zhang Xi, one hand holding the pearls, one hand opening the lotus, one hand putting the rope, one hand putting the poplar branches, one hand counting the beads and one hand putting the bath jar.
