What beasts are there?

The meaning of god beast:

God beast refers to the creatures in ancient Chinese folk myths and legends, represented by two instruments and two saints (the sun and the moon shine) and four spirits (Qinglong, White Tiger, Suzaku and Xuanwu), which can be seen in Chinese classics.

Most of these creatures can't find entities in reality, but the composition of their images comes from reality. China used some ancient gods and beasts in divination, especially Daoism and Liu Yi. These beasts often appear in traditional buildings, playing the role of eliminating disasters, avoiding disasters and blessing.
