2. Registration and certification of individual residential land

According to the relevant provisions of the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Urban Residential Land Registration in Yichang City (Trial), we entrust our unit to undertake the registration and filing of new urban residential buildings: cadastral information management and filing; Accepting applications for registration of urban residential houses by individuals and units in real estate transactions; Examination, registration and change registration and certification of ownership of real estate transactions of individuals and units; And announce the cancellation of state-owned land registration according to law.

3, land and resources information construction

First, update the urban-rural integrated cadastral management information system of Yichang city in time, and maintain and manage its database data; Statistics and summary of database data of land use status; Provide timely and accurate cadastral information data for the relevant business departments and departments of the Municipal Bureau and its branches.

4. Assign user names, management rights, daily maintenance and provide technical support to three information systems of the Ministry of Land and Resources and provincial offices: remote reporting system, land consolidation and filing system and land market monitoring and supervision system.
