Technical requirements of splay cable

SZ stranded structure, external reinforcement and cable core.

1. Reasonably design and accurately control the excess length of optical fiber in loose tube and the cable forming mode, so that the optical fiber has excellent mechanical and environmental properties. The optical cable is compact in structure and adopts SZ stranded structure to ensure that the optical fiber is not stressed in harsh environment.

2. Water-blocking cable paste is filled on the outer side of the steel bar and the inner side of the cable core, which ensures the moisture-proof and water-blocking effect of the optical cable. The steel strip longitudinally wraps the cable core, which makes the optical cable have better moisture-proof effect and bulletproof ability. As a self-supporting component, steel strand meets extremely high tensile strength.
