What is a tarot card?
The 22 cards of Grand Akana are the most commonly used cards, and only these cards are needed for general simple play. They have their own brand names, numbered in Roman numerals, namely:
I magician, ii priestess, iii queen, iv emperor, V priest, vi lover, vii chariot, viii power, ix hermit, X wheel of destiny, X justice, upside down man, X death, X temperance, X devil, X.
There is also a 0 fool, which is the beginning and the end. It can be said that it is a special existence in the Great Akanaka.
Little Akanaka and the popular playing cards are probably the same source (some people think that playing cards evolved from little Akanaka), because it is divided into four colors: sword, holy grail, coin and scepter, which just correspond to the four kinds of playing cards of spades, hearts, diamonds and clubs. Slightly different, except for the number plate of 1- 10, Little Akana has no JQK, but each suit has four cards: king, queen (some translated as queen), knight and follower. Little Akanaka is generally used for more complicated gameplay, so the frequency of use and "popularity" are not as high as those of the big Akanaka.
