Oracle Bone Inscriptions translation

The bones of Ding Youbu, Shell, Zhen Qi, Hou Ju and Fu Qi are all ill.

Ding Youtian and Bei (fortune-teller) asked divination: Does the fracture of bone indicate that Qi Hou is free from disease?

So:

Ding Youbu, Bei Kezhen, Qi Houju, people who are suffering from disasters, got a disease.

Can be translated into

Ding Youtian, Bei (the soothsayer) asked Bu: (Burning a turtle is a sign) He said that Qi Hou had no disaster and was sick.
