Evaluation of the film "The Yangtze River Map"

Plot analysis of the Yangtze River Map

Written by Mars on 20 1703.

I have always had a bad opinion of literary films. Not long ago, I accidentally contacted the first literary film, only to find that the literary film doesn't seem to be literary, but it is still very "funny". While I was interested, I also enjoyed a literary film "The Yangtze River Map" released on 20 16. Like the literary film "Picnic by the Road" I watched before, none of the comments, analysis and plot introduction of the film really understood the story. On a whim, I wrote this story analysis of the Yangtze River map.

The heroine An Lu is a virtuous elf. She can swim in cold water for a long time, faster than the average transport ship, and she can invade the minds of ordinary people and control their actions. There is a narration in the movie. In ancient times, a wealthy businessman and a strange woman stayed in an inn for one night. The next day, the woman stole his man's body. This is a confession of Ann Lu's ability. Anlu mostly communicates with Gao Chun by controlling a mortal's body.

Why does Gao Chun always meet Anlu in different places when the ship is moving forward? As an elf, can Anlu really modify the appearance of mortals after controlling their bodies? Don't! Did Anlu transport the mortal from one place to another with his ability to swim quickly after controlling his body? Not really! There are many people living along the Yangtze River. Anlu looks for people with similar looks in different places, controls these people and associates with Gao Chun, making Gao Chun mistakenly think that these people are all the same Anlu. The reason is this: In one scene, "Anlu" and a female companion went to a temple to ask for a visa. Just after they left, Gao Chun arrived at the same place. Gao Chun slowly turned around and looked up and saw another Lu An in overalls sitting in a hanging basket working on the wall. This shows that at least in the movie world, it is easy to find two people who look alike. Then Gao Chun chatted with Anlu in overalls and said, "The Yangtze River has changed, so have you." . In fact, how much can the Yangtze River change in just a few days, and how much can Anlu change? The only explanation is that this Anlu is actually different from many previous Anlu. As mortals, their names are not Anlu, but these mortals are controlled by Anlu as an elf.

The mortals controlled by Anlu are sometimes very painful. There is a bridge in the movie. When Anlu and Gao Chun were having an affair, when they bid farewell to Gao Chun at the small pier, they happened to be discovered by their husbands. The husband couldn't figure out the attempted suicide, and the woman herself was very scared. She thought something "dirty" was possessed (actually) and went to the temple to get her hair for practice.

Why did Gao Chun cry when crossing the Three Gorges Dam? In the scene of having an affair with married woman Anlu, Anlu once said in a conversation with Gao Chun that "when the river recedes, you can't live", which shows that Anlu has partially informed Gao Chun of her elf identity. According to Anlu's own statement, she will meet Anlu in different places because she is practicing, and now she is constantly going upstream, during which she will go ashore to do other spiritual work. Can Anlu swim across the Three Gorges Dam? I cried at the thought of this Gao Chun. Later, Gao Chun and Anlu met again. Gao Chun said, "The Yangtze River has changed. I'm afraid I'll never see you again."

Why does Anlu always meet Gao Chun? Those who answer "because of love" should be careful of themselves. Isn't that a little crazy? It can never be because of love. There are many young men in the Yangtze River, and it is not a day or two for Anlu to hang out. Gao chun is new here, and an Lu, who has a way, can have a crush on him at a glance? The answer is obviously that there are always poems left in the Book of Songs where Anlu appeared, which shows that Anlu is closely related to the Book of Songs, because this Book of Songs only meets Gao Chun frequently.

Who wrote this poem? It's Anlu. In one scene, Anlu climbed ashore from the water, entered the room, spread out an empty book to dry, and wrote something on it. This empty book is the same size and shape as a collection of poems. In fact, after reading this article, we know that it doesn't matter who wrote this collection of poems at all, and it doesn't affect the development of the whole story at all.

The collection of poems was found on the boat. Where did the poetry collection come from? Will those who answer that the poems are from Gao Chun's father feel sick? An Lu and Gao Chun had an affair because of their poems. If the poetry collection originally belonged to Gao Chun's father, then Anlu and Gao Chun's father had an affair. Gao Chun and his son are not rich. Is there such a love method? The other two boatmen on board also had nothing to do with Anlu, that is to say, before Gaochun, no one on board had anything to do with Anlu, which indirectly indicated that there were no poems on board before Gaochun. This is Gao Chun's first time aboard the ship. He was surprised to find this book of poems under the engine. It is also the first time to read this collection of poems. Obviously, Gao Chun didn't take the boat.

Who on earth brought the poem to the boat? It's Anlu! How did Anlu bring poetry books on board? This is very simple. As an elf who is not afraid of cold and can stay in the water for a long time, it is easy to hide a book of poems under the engine in the dead of night. Why did An Lu put his poems on Gao Chun's boat? Still the same question, why did Anlu have a crush on Gao Chun? Because of that rare big fish that was stolen.

This big fish is no ordinary natural fish. In the second half of the film, Gao Chun's boat broke down in the river, and Gao Chun tried his best to anchor. Suddenly there was a noise, and when I went to see it again, the anchor could get up. At this time, you can see the figure of big fish and hear the sound of fish under the water next to the boat. Obviously, this fish is also spiritual and an elf. How deep is this fish? There is a poem in An Lu's poetry collection, "I want to thank this huge fish-shaped creature in the river. If he eats me, don't complain, understand. " This shows that the fish that Anlu wants to save is probably the "superior leader" of Anlu.

What are Anlu and the rare big fish going to do with the three people on this ship? Vu Thang, the young boatman, is the only one who knows the truth of the robbery, and he is guilty. Killing this man is simple and not a waste of brain. In the scene in the movie, Vu Thang accidentally fell into the river, which is not a problem for a boatman, but strangely, at this time, the stopped engine suddenly started to work and Vu Thang died. Dealing with the remaining two unsuspecting people, they don't want to kill innocent people. By repeatedly and inexplicably being stopped by the big fish on board, the superstitious old boatman thought of supernatural power. His first thought was the little black fish that Gao Chun caught. In this case, Anlu secretly released the little black fish, and the superstitious old boatman naturally thought of the big fish, so there was the old boatman's sentence to the rare big fish, "Let this fish go, and the whole Jiangdu will live."

How to deal with Gao Chun? Gao Chun is not superstitious. When chatting with Anlu, he once said, "I can't practice, and people around me have never seen it." Besides, Gao Chun is the captain, and it is the captain's "responsibility" to transport the goods safely to the destination. And there are huge economic benefits here, even my own life is at stake. Therefore, Gao Chun will never let the big fish escape because of the superstition of the old boatman. The strategy to deal with Gao Chun is to lure Gao Chun ashore with Anlu and let the old boatman do things easily by himself.

Some people may ask, at the end of the film, Gao Chun handed the poem to Anlu on the previous boat, and Gao Chun on the latter boat took it and tore it up. What happened? In that sparsely populated scene, Anlu couldn't find a mortal to control his body and mind, so he had to communicate with Gao Chun by himself. At first, he only heard Anlu's voice, but didn't see him. Later, Anlu conjured up a ship sailing in front of Gaochun's ship, with Anlu and Gaochun on board. Ling Gaochun, who likes poetry, showed the collection of poems to Anlu, perhaps telling the "secret" of this collection of poems. On the realistic boat behind him, realistic Gao Chun stepped forward to leave a collection of poems and tore it up. Because in Gao Chun's view, Anlu was controlled by this collection of poems, and Gao Chun tore up the collection of poems in the hope of liberating Anlu. In fact, we know that this book of poems has no magic. The function of poetry collection is only to tell Gao Chun where to get off the boat to find Anlu, not that Anlu must go ashore to a fixed place to practice according to the guidance of poetry collection. So it doesn't matter what is written in this magical collection of poems.

Quite a few film critics say that Anlu is getting younger and younger as the ship goes forward, which is unfounded. In the whole film, An Lu is between 20 and 30 years old. In our daily life, everyone around us is 10 years old. An Lu appeared so many times in the film, each time it was a little smaller, so the person who said this was sharp-eyed enough to accurately distinguish the age gap between 3 and 5 years old by appearance. This is incredible!

At the end of the film, Gao Chun came to Anlu's hometown and saw Anlu's mother's grave. A man stood by, presumably this is Anlu's father. At the end of this paragraph, the elements of the source of the Yangtze River and the prayer flags cater to the "lofty pursuit" of art by art youth. In this artistic sublimation, the film is over. Is this really the end? Why did Gao Chun go to Anlu's hometown? You should thank Anlu for saving his life. Why not ask for a memorial tablet to supply Anlu? Back to Anlu's hometown, can you find Anlu who is still practicing in the Yangtze River? Is Anlu willing to tell Gao Chun the location of his real hometown? Is it necessary to tell Gao Chun clearly where his mother's grave is? Father often stays near the cemetery. It's not like no one goes to the grave. Even if Anlu tells Gao Chun where his mother's grave is, it is sparsely populated in the wilderness hundreds of kilometers away, and there is no surface sign to follow, how difficult it is to find this small earthen bag.

My answer is that Anlu did not save Gao Chun, but occupied Gao Chun's body. It was Anlu herself who went back to her mother's grave and went home to see her mother and father. Originally, after the big fish escaped, you were finished. Anlu has no need to contact Gao Chun. Now it seems that the purpose of Anlu's constant contact with Gao Chun is to wait for Gao Chun to be killed and occupy his body. The scene in which Gao Chun tore up the poetry collection, because Gao Chun walked too fast, Anlu land couldn't catch up, and Gao Chun's boat stopped again.

Recalling Gao Chun lying in a pool of blood, Anlu's charming smile under the water is so kind and beautiful that it makes people cold to the bone.
