[Appreciation] Kungua and Gangua are opposites, consisting of six Yin hexagrams, symbolizing the earth. In the Book of Changes, the concept of Yin represents minor, passive, persistent, dominant, submissive, gentle and weak opposites, so Kun Gua's diction uses mare as a metaphor to describe the way of handling the situation.

Kungua divination is pure yin, showing a very weak state. Therefore, divination says that if a gentleman wants to get what he wants, he will lose his way first and finally get it back. The "master" of the "post-winner" in divination can be understood as the master, the dependence of life, the leader of politics and the leader of career, and can also be interpreted as the destination of faith, belief and spirit. The Book of Changes does not think that the status and strength of Yin and Yang are fixed, but its basic idea is that the world is in the process of the rise and fall of Yin and Yang. What originally belonged to Yin will not be in a weak state without any hope forever. Because of the change of subject and object, internal and external conditions, it will cause the transformation of strength and yin and yang translocation. "Be fascinated before winning" is the reflection of this process. The Book of Changes supports Yang and suppresses Yin everywhere, that is to say, all means are used to carry forward the vigorous spirit, from weak to strong, from yin to yang. The way in which Kun Gua explains hexagrams with metaphors is to promote this transformation.

"Six days" means the first shade, located at the bottom, like frost. In the eyes of the ancients, frost was condensed from Yin Qi, and its potential was still small, but it indicated that Yin Qi would flourish and the cold current was coming. So the words "frost on your back and ice on your feet" are extremely short, but they penetrate the back of the paper and make you feel chilly. These five words highlight the idea that the accumulation of yin qi is inevitable, that is to say, the situation and the deterioration of the situation are small at the beginning, but it will gradually become serious and even out of control. Therefore, the way to deal with the situation must first have a particularly keen eye and a deep sense of urgency, and be good at finding subtle signs of deterioration; Secondly, we must have a clear understanding of the grim situation, and we must not have any fluky psychology and unrealistic fantasies. Only in this way can we calmly respond and take appropriate and effective measures to gradually change the balance of power and our own situation.

Starting from the second point, it is the wisest to tell people what to do in inferior and unfavorable situations. "Sixty-two" refers to the second root mentioned by Yi Yin, "straight, big but unaccustomed, without faults". According to the traditional interpretation, the so-called "straight edge" means integrity, integrity, taking the right path, acting according to principles, and not taking crooked ways. In a lower position, without power and influence, some people are eager to achieve their personal goals, often by hook or by crook, which will either lead to ruin or temporary success, but they have more evil thoughts and greater courage to do bad things, which will eventually lead to more serious consequences. Therefore, when we encounter difficulties in life, we should especially remember the wisdom of Zhouyi, maintain integrity and never indulge our behavior.

The "containing chapter" in the third essay of Yinyao was annotated as containing chapter by Yi scholars. The so-called article here refers to beautiful colors and patterns, which means outstanding spirit and talent. The fifth essay uses "Huang Shang", that is, the exquisite clothes worn inside, to describe the inherent virtue of a gentleman, which is the same as the third essay. Obviously, we can't change our disadvantages by improper means. However, mediocrity and incompetence, blindly following the rules, can not open a new situation. Only internal excellent quality, outstanding talent and extraordinary spiritual strength can change the trend of strength and weakness. As long as you work hard, you can get exercise and practice in a difficult environment. However, Kun Gua's words pointed out that people at a disadvantage and disadvantage, even if they have honed their talents, cannot be complacent, and cannot rely on their own talents to be arrogant and pretentious, so that they will not be destroyed by hostile forces prematurely, because there are trees in the forest, and the wind will destroy them. Therefore, there is a word "containing" in the third sentence and a word "pretending" in the fifth sentence, which indicates that people should work hard inside.

The word "bag" in the June 4th incident means to tighten the mouth of the bag, but it is still tight-lipped. This not only means keeping secrets and not revealing important information to prevent being used by opponents, but also to avoid a slip of the tongue, causing misunderstanding and hurting others. Ancient philosophers despised rhetoric and opposed boasting. Confucius once said, "Words are feasible, but a gentleman can't do it with words." (The Analects of Confucius, Lutz) added: "A gentleman is ashamed of his words, but he has acted too much." ("The Analects of Confucius") He is afraid that he can't do it if he talks too much. These views can be regarded as an explanation of the word "including capsules".

Like cantaloupe, according to the concept of extremes meet, Kungua is also the last clue. "Shang Liu" is the sixth consecutive Yin, and Yin reaches its peak, which means there will be a decisive battle. Therefore, both the dragon and the wild will lose, but when the cathode returns to Yang, new factors, new things and new hopes will germinate in the struggle, and a new pattern of yin and yang will emerge, and the balance of power between the two sides will undergo major changes.

Kungua begins with a chilling poem, but the last poem is full of inspiring fighting spirit and heroic spirit without fear of sacrifice, and there are many words to encourage people to work hard. It can be seen that the way Kun Gua handles the situation does not require people to always passively obey or remain cautious and inaction. On the one hand, it requires people to be cautious and wise in the face of difficult and sinister situations and situations; On the other hand, it is to enhance people's spiritual vitality, guide people to always maintain a positive attitude in improving themselves and enhancing their talents, and always make people full of hope for the future. Zhouyi is a book for success, and Kun Gua's way of life provides an essential spirit and method for success.
