Is Ji Chang's fortune telling really that powerful?

Jichang can't tell fortune. He used divination, which is now six hexagrams. Fu created the innate Yi (also called innate gossip). It was Ji Chang who turned gossip into a legend of sixty-four hexagrams. Fuxi created gossip. Zhou Wenwang evolved sixty-four hexagrams. Confucius wrote ten wings to form Zhouyi. Therefore, Ji Chang should be an expert in divination.
