Charm of language

In daily life, we communicate with people and talk to the world mainly through language. If we master the language well, we can at least feel comfortable in life.

When it comes to language, we may think of a proverb: Good advice is unpleasant to the ear, but good medicine tastes bitter. In fact, these are all stupid methods. A truly intelligent person must have the language ability to turn decay into magic. He can hide his meaning in euphemistic language, and seemingly irrelevant words are actually very relevant.

There is a story about the king. He dreamed that all his teeth had fallen out. So I hired two fortune tellers. The first one said, my unfortunate majesty, all your relatives died before you. The king listened. In a rage, he killed him. The second said, "My lucky majesty, you will outlive all your relatives." The king was happy and gave him two thousand gold. I really don't see the difference between these two meanings. It's just that the expression is different, and the gap is so big. This is the charm of language.
